Refund policy

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 5 days of receiving the item. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, i.e., unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without a return request will not be accepted. Damage and Problems:
Please inspect the item upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can assess and correct the problem.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:
Certain types of items are non-returnable, such as perishable items (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or custom-made items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous substances, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, shop for the new item separately.

14-day return period in the European Union:
Notwithstanding the above, if goods are being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your goods must be in the same condition you received them, unworn or used, with tags intact, and in their original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original payment method within 3 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and credit your account. If
